Holder of a Canadian Executive MBA degree (Warsaw School of Economics / University of Quebec at Montreal UQAM), a postgraduate degree in Logisitics and Supply Chain Management (Warsaw School of Economics) and a master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Łódź. He has been with Siemens for 12 years, where he held a number of operational roles and implemented IT, HR and logistics projects. For the past 6 years he has been involved in the setting up and management of a multi-function Shared Service Centre at Siemens. The main potential for the centre’s growth is utilized through centralization of European logistics, customer service and other middle and back office processes, where currently it is one of the reference projects of this type and scale implemented within the organization.
